Many families in the UK are living in difficult circumstances, especially due to the cost-of-living crisis. Food banks provide necessary community services to individuals in crisis. As a volunteer, you will help process food donations, sort items, ensure they are in date, reduce waste, and pack food parcels ready for distribution. You will also need to promote the Food bank, raise awareness and help finding donations. You will work with other volunteers and report to the foodbank manager.
