Purpose of Role:

We're looking for Meet & Greet Volunteers for our Social Cafe, welcoming our service users in, being friendly and attentive and keeping good order, helping them sign in and logging them on our system, helping provide support when asked (requests for clothing, toiletries, emergency food parcels), supporting the cafe as necessary

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

You will be the first person our service users talk to so you will represent the charity and make them feel welcome, explain to new service users what to expect, sign people in and log their detials on the system, provide help and support when asked for clothing, toiletries, emergency food parcels, sleeping bags or signposting where to get help.
