Meeting dates:
Meetings are held quarterly. These are currently being held as joint meetings with the Children and Young People's Providers Network (CYPPN). Many issues raised at recent meetings have been relevant to both Networks, so this arrangement gives participants an opportunity to develop wider partnerships. In response to the COVID-19 situation, meetings take place online via Zoom.

  • The next meeting will be a joint meeting with the Children and Young People's Providers Network (CYPPN) via Zoom on Thursday 19 May 2022 from 10am to 12 noon - to ensure you receive the Zoom meeting joining instructions, please register your attendance here.
  • Future meetings are scheduled on:
    Thursday 18 August 2022 from 10am to 12 noon
    Thursday 17 November 2022 from 10am to 12 noon
    Thursday 16 March 2023 from 10am to 12 noon

We will send out a reminder to register attendance for these meetings nearer the time. In the meantime, please note these dates in your calendar.

Who can join the network?
Membership is open to any community and voluntary organisation providing services or support to vulnerable adults from 18 years of age in Nottingham. You do not need to be based in the City but you must be providing services to vulnerable adults who do live within Nottingham City.

Do I have to attend all the meetings?
We know how busy organisations are so you don’t have to attend every meeting. The meetings are for information sharing, and we make sure that all members receive key information and action notes from the meetings, including any speaker presentations.

Membership benefits:
As a network member you will receive regular information on consultations, events and training. There is the opportunity to directly contribute to the Health and Wellbeing Board, and we also have representatives that sit on the Safeguarding Adults Board who can take any safeguarding queries directly to the right people. Ensure that your voice is heard not only in Nottingham, but that you are contributing to the regional and national agenda for vulnerable adults.
