The National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Specialist Centre for Public Health has launched a £5,000 personal funding opportunity to help individuals working in public health develop research skills. It’s designed for people with little or no prior research experience, especially those in VCSE organisations, non-NHS providers, and local authorities in England.

EMEA Impact Through Innovation Awards

The deadline for applications is Monday 7 July 2025

This Morgan Stanley funding programme aims to seed-fund innovative solutions that address health, mental wellbeing or educational outcomes for children and young people. The Awards help scale pioneering projects, connect ideas with capital and build capacity for charitable organisations.

Up to ten winners will be selected, and a broader group of applicants will be invited to join the expert-led Learning Series to help improve their organisations’ strength, growth and impact.

Arts Council - Museum Renewal Fund

Community Cohesion and Hate Crime £100,000 Grant

The deadline for applications is Tuesday 10 June 2025 

Nottingham City Council has launched the Community Cohesion and Hate Crime £100,000 Grant application process, offering a major opportunity for local organisations to help strengthen community ties and tackle hate across Nottingham. 

This is a one-off grant of up to £100,000 for two years to support one Voluntary and Community Sector organisation or a partnership of organisations to deliver activities that promote cohesion and challenge hate across Nottingham city.

Roots and Routes fund

The deadline for applications is Monday 2 June 2025

Funding of up to £20,000 for charities that have the majority of their work in England. The fund is for youth-led* organisations that are fighting for climate justice** in England. The Roots & Routes Fund combines the funds, expertise and networks of Blagrave Trust, Co-op Foundation, the Energy Saving Trust Foundation, OVO Foundation, and Impatience Earth.
