This position provides comprehensive induction, training, and ongoing support, allowing volunteers to gain valuable lifeguarding experience, enhance skills, develop leadership and teamwork abilities, and be exposed to a diverse environment. The role is open to individuals aged 16 and above, with continuous support and training provided in areas such as lifeguarding, health and safety and safeguarding.
