Clifton Rivergreen Methodist Hub and St Peter's Church Nottingham, plus online Zoom group

POhWER run several support groups in the city. These are free, confidential groups supported by POhWER volunteers for anyone who might be feeling isolated or like they are experiencing mental health difficulties to come and join us for a cuppa and a chat (and a biscuit!). As well as a friendly face, our volunteers can offer peer support, information and advice and in some circumstances, volunteer advocacy.

Clifton: On the last Thursday of the month, 2:30 – 3:30pm, we have a group in Clifton at the Rivergreen Methodist Hub, Rivergreen NG11 8AU.
