Online platforms such as Zoom, Skype and Microsoft Teams have been used regularly by employers across the world to carry out video interviews since the start of Covid-19.


Delivered by qualified Careers Advisers, this interactive, 75 minute digital session is designed to give you the advice, techniques and confidence needed to help you perform well in your next video interview.


By the end of the session you will:


• Have a checklist of things to prepare before your next video interview e.g. deciding on a room in your home with neutral background, where you can sit for your interview

• Be able to identify your personal qualities and skills • Have an awareness of the importance of body language - including advice on how to sit and where to look

• Be able to use the STAR technique to answer competency-based questions


You will be sent a range of resources via email, after the session, to help you with your interview preparation.
