Families in Nottingham are invited to a one-of-a-kind, superhero-themed event packed with fun, creativity, and support for positive mental health.
Designed for children aged 0 to 16 and their families, the event offers a mix of activities to promote wellbeing in a playful and relaxed environment - all before reaching crisis point.
Activities on the day include:
• Superhero cape walk
• Arts and crafts
• Nature-based fun
• Sports sessions
• Nutrition and wellbeing tips
There’s something for everyone, and it's all about helping families build healthy habits together.
Getting there is easy too!
Nottingham City Transport and NET trams are offering travel discounts, and NCP is supporting the event with £5 all-day parking.

Any Costs / Charges:
£1 entry fee per person. Each visitor will require a £1 event ticket to access Nottingham Castle on this day (no concessions / annual pass holders require an event ticket also).
