Purpose of Role:
Portland College is a Care Home and Treatment Centre providing excellent standard care to people with a wide range of disabilities. And need caring and and compassionate people, who can show commitment to these positive values and deliver safe care with energy and enthusiasm.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
To support citizens with all daily living skills while promoting their independence.

Working with a team of highly motivated care staff and will work flexibly across the service to ensure the seamless delivery of activities for the citizens are delivered with activities such as:
Personal care
Cooking
Shopping and
Supporting to attend appointments.
