Purpose of Role:
This is one of the most important volunteer roles At Bells Lane Community Centre. It includes using our systems to support the day to day smooth running of the centre and its visitors and users. You will be working alongside the centre's staff member and other volunteers.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
In addition to general office-based administration, you will also be in touch with a range of organisations and individuals who visit and make use of the community centre.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking to recruit a Volunteer Administrator who has good organisational and IT skills, you will need to be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
You will be a non-judgemental individual who can work positively with people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. You will also be able to build positive and professional relationships with local residents, staff and organisations
Desired personal skills include an eagerness to learn and grow, an innovative and creative thinker. It is desirable that you have strong computer and internet skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
