Purpose of Role:
Due to the success of our specialised mentoring work and the continued expansion of the services which we provide to our clients. we are currently looking to recruit volunteer mentors.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Switch Up CIC and the Nottingham School of Boxing depend upon the support of volunteers, who provide their time and energies free of charge, and are the backbone of our services to the community. Due to the success of our specialised mentoring work and the continued expansion of the services which we provide to our clients. we are currently looking to recruit staff in these following areas: Mentoring, Coaching, and Administration.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
For our coaching opportunity you will need to be, or willing to be trained as a boxing coach.
For our administration, you don't need any experience, training would be provided.
For our mentoring opportunities, teaching qualifications would be advantageous, however, experience of working with young people would be good as well as a genuine desire to make a positive difference to peoples' lives.
For both our coaching and mentoring roles we do require those who have driving licences and access to a car.

A full induction will be completed with every volunteer. Every volunteer will undergo regular supervisions and will receive training opportunities relevant to their role
