This is a great opportunity to gain and develop your experience in the competitive retail sector, make new friends and help Sue Ryder provide More Care to More People in need of palliative, neurological and bereavement support.
Role Description:
The public kindly donate small electrical items to our shops, which we are unable to sell on unless they have passed a PAT test. As volunteer PAT Tester in our small friendly team you'll help to complete visual inspections and function tests, using a PAT Testing machine in store.
Commitment
A few hours a week can really make a difference so no matter how much or how little spare time you have, we’d love to meet you.

The shop is open from 09:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Saturday

Experience
Previous experience is not essential in this role, but if you've already got a PAT testing qualification it would be fantastic. If not, training can be provided for the right person. You really just need to be able to work methodically and be organised.
