Purpose of Role:
Although this is a volunteering opportunity with the Pulp Friction cafe at the National Justice Museum, we really want you to support the young people with a Learning Disability who run the cafe.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As well as volunteering in the cafe, the young people also welcome visitors to the museum and give them directions. Your role could also be in supporting them.
You can offer a day, or just a few hours each week to supporting our members in their role in the cafe. this could be either in front of house or behind the counter.
The cafe is open from from 10am until 4.30 pm.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
You don't need experience of catering, but you will need to be patient, supportive, flexible and willing to help people with a learning disability to achieve their potential.
