ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We require controllers to help organise our collections and deliveries of vital blood and medical supplies needed by the hospitals. In other words, if you’ve ever wanted to tell a biker where to go, this is the role for you!
You would work from home as we will direct incoming calls to you via an automated system . Your number remains private and you will be reimbursed for any outbound calls you make on our behalf. This is a vital role in ensuring that we provide the NHS with a first class service. We need people to cover all hours, evenings, nights, early mornings, weekends and bank holidays as the service operates 7pm to 6am Monday to Friday and 24 hours at weekends and bank holidays.
We will provide all the training you need to get started, plus ongoing support.
