Purpose of Role:
We are a National Community Boats Association (NCBA) Approved training Centre and our own NCBA certified Trainers will give you the skills needed to crew or even skipper one of our two 70ft narrow boats.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
If you like meeting new people, working in the great outdoors and if you have some time free to volunteer to help crew our boats, then we can provide you with full training as we are a National Community Boats Association (NCBA) Approved training Centre and our own NCBA certified Trainers will give you the skills needed to crew or even skipper one of our two 70ft narrow boats.
We are usually out for the day, but there are some overnight trips that we operate.
We also need help with our administration, organising our crews for trips, boat cleaning and maintenance. If you can give us a couple of hours of your time a week, you will supporting this great community asset.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
You don't need any experience as full training is provided.
You will need to get on well with people from a wide range of backrounds and ages.
