Purpose of Role:
This is an opportunity to help to research and communicate the issues of climate change by producing print and digital magazines plus online radio, podcasts, video, photo, and text content.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Research, source, collate and organise multimedia content regards climate change issues and how to tackle them.
Work with the team to tailor programming for each campaign and look for sustainable initiatives.
Encourage environmentally responsible behaviors among peers.
Organise and carry out interviews (written, audio, photo, and video) contents
Generate story and content ideas based on the local community and social needs
Attend local meetings, events, and activities and create multimedia stories
Take part in the production of the quarterly published magazine, radio programmes, podcasts, and video content and upload the same on various websites
Help with organising and participating in community meetings, events, and activities to connect with local communities and gain a better understanding of their needs, views, and perceptions on climate change.
