Purpose of Role:

This is a challenging role to support ex-offenders on their journey back into independent living in the community. You will be supporting teamwork and group activities alongside professional staff.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Be part of a team of people taking part in a range of activities in a shared housing setting. You will get involved in activities, contribute ideas for things to do and support the residents to become part of a community as part of their journey towards independent living.

The sessions could take place at the home base or at other venues and could include almost anything that residents will enjoy and use to develop skills and experience.
