HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Our projects provide community space, a place to belong, relax and practice their English to our participants. Often the conversation and support in these projects can be one of the few weekly activities for those we work with, and we could not provide this valuable support without our incredible volunteers.
Whether you lead an English class or sit and speak with someone over a coffee or whilst they are taking part in an art activity, you can make a huge difference to those we support.
Given the relationship approach we take, you will also have the chance to get to know those you support on a weekly basis and advocate for their support.
OUTCOMES:
Increased confidence.
Improved English.
Reduced isolation.
