Purpose of Role:

Help us create a new literacy group for those in the Meadows.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are looking to set up literacy support for those in our local area. We are looking to have a small group of learners who meet regularly and have guidance from you their tutor to help them develop key literacy skills.

This is a wonderful time to join this project as it still needs finalizing so you can be part of the process of shaping it and bringing it to life.

We only need you to be free one of the selected times - but currently have room availability on all selected times.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

It is essential that you are organised, reliable and supportive and that you have the basic skills helpful to teach someone.
It is desirable but not vital for you to have previous experience in tutoring
