Part of the new Practice Development Unit (PDU) Workforce Development learning series. This session has a 'Service Spotlight' theme, raising awareness of local service provision in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire and the various support pathways that exist for people who experience severe and multiple disadvantage (SMD). The session will be facilitated by Eleanor Rawson, Anthony Bernard, and Lilian Nleya from Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
