This is a taster session for the content that is looked at in depth during the NCVS 'Dealing with Difficult Volunteering Situations' course (which we aim to run again when social distancing restrictions are lifted).

We will examine why a volunteer may be involved in conflict or dissent and we will work together to come up with some solutions to restore harmony among your team

The session will take place over Zoom, so please make sure you have access to this software before registering for a place.
