Purpose of Role:
To have regular telephone conversations with people who are self-isolating or in quarantine during an emergency situation. To ensure they are ok and that they have someone to talk to if they are isolated on their own. We offer variations of befriending to allow us to meet the needs of different people. You may get involved in Community Befriending with a group of people or one-to-one befriending with an individual.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Telephoning people who are isolated to ensure they are ok and to be a point of contact if they should need anything.
