Purpose of Role:
We are looking for volunteers to help our clients around the Nottinghamshire area with their shopping.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We need help with grocery shopping and small errands requested by our clients. We would want the volunteer to pick up items specified by our clients and deliver to them on an ad-hoc basis
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Understanding of the needs of vulnerable people in the community.
Understanding of confidentiality.
Basic literacy and organisational skills
Ability to use own initiative.
Reliability.
Flexibility.
Willingness to complete a DBS check
Willingness to undertake training and adhere to policies and procedures of the organisation
