Purpose of Role:
We are now looking for volunteers that have either, lived in Hong Kong, can speak Cantonese or volunteers that are enthusiastic about working with young people who can commit to every Tuesday afternoon in term time.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for 5 enthusiastic and dedicated Volunteer Project Support Workers for our Fusion Welcome programme that works with young people between the ages of 12 and 18 who have recently moved to Broxtowe from Hong Kong.
We are looking for people who are able to commit to Tuesday afternoons between 3pm and 6.30pm to help support the sessional lead and staff subject to our Safeguarding Children and Young People policy).
A full enhanced DBS check will be carried out on successful applicants.
You do not need to be able to speak Cantonese to apply, however it is desirable.
