Purpose of Role:

This is an important role in supporting the activities and events that are organised by Let's Shine and Give a Smile. This home-based opportunity offers you the chance to use your administration skills and to develop them further.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

For Let's Shine and Give a Smile to run like clockwork we need sound support behind the scenes, and that’s where you come in. If you're organised and methodical, you’ll tackle a variety of admin tasks that will include sending out letters.

The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that will support the organisation's services and projects.

You will gain valuable work experience and enjoy the satisfaction of contributing to the smooth running of this busy, active and popular community organisation.

You will carry out this role at home.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Good standard of written and spoken English
Very good attention to detail
Basic IT knowledge
Works well in a team but able to work alone
