We are currently recruiting to three part-time vacancies:

Group Development Officer

 

We are looking for a resourceful and committed person with the skills to work with new and existing groups in the city of Nottingham.  Working across the voluntary sector you will support, encourage and advise individuals and groups who want to set up and sustain initiatives to tackle local issues.

 

The post holder will deliver training and will advise on issues including funding, governance, charity registration and volunteer development amongst other things.

You should have relevant, up to date knowledge of support and advice with a focus on the needs of local communities. You will have recent experience working with, supporting and advising voluntary groups and small charities.

 

Hours: 21 hours per week (6 month fixed term contract subject to funding)

 

Salary: £24,000 per annum pro rata

 

Closing date: midnight on Friday 5 April 2019

Community Development Worker

 

We are looking for a resourceful and committed person with the skills to work with specified Community Associations across the city of Nottingham. Working closely with the NCVS Development Team to identify community needs and opportunities, you will help improve the reach of these local charities by improving the efficiency and engagement with the local community.

 

You should have a good knowledge of the voluntary sector and practical experience of community development and engagement.

 

Hours: 20 hours per week (6 month fixed term contract subject to funding)

 

Salary: £24,000 per annum pro rata

 

Closing date: midnight on Friday 3 May 2019

Community Administrator

 

We are looking for a resourceful and committed person with the skills to work with specified Community Associations across the city of Nottingham. Working closely with the NCVS Development Team to identify the administrative priorities, you will set up systems and processes, producing documents and completing other basic administrative tasks that will help the Association in their day to day operations.

 

You should have recent experience of working in an administrative support role and up to date knowledge of implementing office processes and filing systems.

 

Hours: 15 hours per week (6 month fixed term contract subject to funding)

 

Salary: £20,000 per annum pro rata
