Head of Membership Services

 

Hours: 35 hours per week (normally 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday)

Salary: £30,000 per annum starting salary, with review after 12 months based on performance

Contract Type: Permanent

 

The Head of Membership Services is responsible for developing new relationships, and proactively managing existing relationships, with not-for-profit organisations working to improve communities and lives in Nottingham.

 

Significantly increasing the number of member organisations, and retaining them, is a key target for this role, as is the design/development of membership services to include active specialist networks; the provision of up-to-date, relevant online information; engagement in consultations and satisfaction reviews; and providing members with opportunities to influence.

 

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the Head of Membership Services will manage and mentor a small team, and be part of NCVS's Management Team.

Head of Support Services

 

Hours: 35 hours per week (normally 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, but may vary to include occasional evening and weekend work)

Salary: £30,000 per annum starting salary, with review after 12 months based on performance

Contract Type: Permanent

 

The role of Head of Support Services is to ensure that NCVS provides the highest quality advice, support, training and other services for community groups, associations, charities and other not-for-profit organisations that have a footprint in Nottingham.

 

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the role is equally split between a service delivery element of case work that builds capacity within the voluntary and community sector, normally working at various community locations, and a management element, based at NCVS.

 

The Head of Support Services sets and maintains high standards in terms of quality capacity-building, manages a small staff team, and is part of NCVS’s Management Team.

Office Administrator

 

Hours: 35 hours per week (normally 8.30am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday).

Salary: £20,000 per annum starting salary, with review after 12 months based on performance

Contract Type: Permanent

 

The Office Administrator will provide administrative support for the Chief Executive and Board of Trustees, including minute-taking, designing filing systems, being a central point of contact for incoming enquiries, maintaining HR and other records, and ensuring that NCVS office space is professionally organised and well-run.

 

The Office Administrator will also maintain supportive, positive and responsive working relationships with colleagues, volunteers, visitors and all external stakeholders.
