We are here to improve the quality of people’s lives in Nottingham.

We do this by strengthening our local voluntary and community sector and wider third sector. We work with you to improve:

• The effectiveness of local voluntary sector groups and organisations
• The quality of volunteering in Nottingham
• The quality of decision making by involving the third sector

We have created a range of practical training courses that focus on the needs of Nottingham's voluntary and community groups. Our training includes:

We have started a free online resource in the form of a blog. We want to start a community where groups can learn and share free communications and marketing knowledge.

It offers interesting snippets, tips, help guides and advice on how to produce professional communications with no budget. The topics are wide and cover presentations, PR, marketing, emails, meetings, plain English, non verbal communication etc.
