Purpose of Role:
Join us and use your admin and reception skills to help us to empower refugees, asylum seekers and migrants to achieve their full potential and to be economically active and socially included.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Our reception role would involve:
Welcoming visitors
Photocopying and Scanning when needed
Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday (9am to 4pm)
We are based in Radford, Nottingham and we would pay volunteer costs.
Any help would be great, but continuity would be ideal, so the person can get to know our systems. Of course, we would not expect one person to do everyday (that would be too much to hope for!), but any help would be greatly appreciated. It would be an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to improve their English. It is a very inclusive working environment.
