Peer networking opportunity for SME leaders

A national peer-to-peer networking programme designed to bring together Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) Leaders, is looking for participants in the health and social care sector in the East Midlands.

Peer Networks is open to any small to medium-sized business in England that is interested in growing and developing their organisation for future success. The programme is funded by the Government Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy and is being facilitated locally by the D2N2 Growth Hub.

The programme is designed to bring together sector-specific SMEs to help overcome business challenges, recognise and act on new opportunities as well as build a trusted network of connections to support SMEs now and in the future. It's aimed at senior leaders and joining the programme will give access to 18 hours of peer learning sessions as well as one-to-one coaching.

The programme is open to any SME that has:

  • Operated for at least a year
  • Five (plus) employees
  • An annual turnover of at least £100,000
  • An aspiration to improve

The programme runs until 31 March 2021 and Natasha Chadwick from Impact People & Change is leading the cohort for organisations in the social/healthcare sector which will start this Friday (22 January 2021).
