Funding to repair & maintain community facilities

The Screwfix Foundation has reopened for applications from local registered charities and not-for-profit organisations to support projects that will fix, repair, maintain, and improve properties and community facilities for those in need.

Funding of up to £5,000 is available through the Foundation and all applications are reviewed individually on a quarterly basis. The next review dates are in June, September and December (2021).

In order to apply your organisation must:

  • Be a registered charity or not-for-profit organisation, based in the UK
  • Help those in need. This could be by reason of financial hardship, sickness, distress or other disadvantages
  • Be looking for funding to support projects that relate to the repair, maintenance, improvement or construction of homes, community buildings, and other buildings
