The deadline for submissions is Monday 4 December 2024, 3pm
Beginning in January 2024, system-wide work has been taking place to develop, and now deliver, a local mental health pathway strategic plan.
Nottingham and Nottinghamshire ICS is now progressing further with our delivery plan of the above strategy—one of the priorities identified for the system was to address ease of accessing services at the right place and the right time. To enable us to move forward with this piece of work, we are launching a short survey across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire in November 2024 to capture the referral pathways practitioners, clinicians, and volunteers use to support people with their mental health, live well, and thrive in their community.
Could you please complete the survey to help the task and finish group 'Improving access to care and support in the right place at the right time' to review the current picture to allow us to identify improvements and changes in the mental health pathway and how we access the services within it?
Alongside this work, there is also engagement and coproduction developing with the Integrated Mental Health Coproduction group—Partners in Mind. Please contact Ruthe Sawyer directly to discuss involvement in this project with your own engagement/coproduction group if you would like to offer this opportunity out to people you work with. Ruthe can be contacted by email at ruthe.sawyer@nhs.net.
