Charities supporting women and girls are being invited to apply for a share of £15 million that is being offered through the government's Tampon Tax Fund.
The deadline for applications is midnight on Sunday 31 May 2020.
The funding would need to benefit disadvantaged women and girls, tackle violence and support their mental health and wellbeing, the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport said. Applicants will be able to use part of any grant funding to improve organisational sustainability.
The Tampon Tax Fund, which redistributes VAT collected on sanitary products, has given more than £62 million to good causes since it was established in 2015.
