This new two-hour online session will explain the basics of health and safety, then take you through the process of carrying out a risk assessment in an organisational environment. Cost: £20 per participant

 

This session is suitable for trustees, staff, volunteers, and in fact anyone wanting to develop a basic understanding of health and safety, including risk assessments.

It is intended to be engaging and fun and, as a result, you will increase your basic awareness and knowledge so you feel more confident in carrying out a risk assessment in your organisation.

We will cover:

  • What is Health and Safety?
  • Why is it important?
  • What are the basics of risk assessment?
  • Identifying some potential or real risks in a situation and completing a risk assessment.


The session will take place over Zoom, so please make sure you have access to this software before registering for a place.
