This session is suitable for Leaders of Volunteers who have been in the role for a while, who are ready to develop their own skills beyond the basics and lead their team into the future.

The session will be learner-focused and will devote time to issues raised by participants. We encourage you to email Dave Thomas, NCVS Volunteering Development Officer, once you have booked onto the course to discuss your needs in the session.

In addition, we will explore:

• experience of supporting volunteers with their own support needs
• creating engaging training for volunteers
• managing online and remote volunteers
• developing micro and flexible opportunities.

The session will take place over Zoom, so please make sure you have access to this software before registering for a place.
