To do this we will concentrate on the volunteer's journey from planning a new role to supporting established volunteers.

This session will be helpful for those who are new to working with volunteers or those who want to improve or gain new ideas for their group's volunteer management processes, making it a useful refresher for more experienced leaders.

We will consider:

• How to plan for volunteer involvement
• Tips for recruiting volunteers
• Inducting your volunteers
• Supporting and supervising your volunteers

The session will take place over Zoom, so please make sure you have access to this software before registering for a place.
