For organisations and community groups who are new to applying for funding, or for those in need of a refresher. Relevant for groups applying for cost of living funding and recovery support as well as other general funding. Cost: £10 per participant

 

This session is suitable for staff, volunteers, community activists and management committee members/ Trustees/ Directors with responsibility for writing funding applications, who want to start something new in their community, secure core or existing funding, or who would like to develop these skills.

This interactive session will cover:

  • How to avoid common mistakes in writing funding applications
  • Identify what makes a good application
  • Necessary preparations before starting your application
  • Find out where to go to research different funding opportunities.

There will be opportunities to ask questions throughout.


The session will take place over Zoom, so please make sure you have access to this software before registering for a place.
