We all know that volunteers are not a free resource, they need resources to carry out their volunteer role,
they must be supported and trained and we need to meet their expenses. Although we, as sector know all this,
we still need to get the message across to funders.
So, Haleema is collecting information about how much it really costs us to involve volunteers. Please let
her know how you work out the cost of volunteers in your own organisation, with a sample budget, if possible.
