Whether it's for a board meeting, a yoga class, or anything in between, we've got high quality, affordable space available to rent in our building in Nottingham city centre - which is easily accessible by public transport and also close to car parking facilities.

All of our meeting rooms are fully-serviced and with free WiFi. Refreshments are free with bookings of two hours or more - this includes tea, coffee, milk for hot drinks, peppermint tea and water.

Prices start from as low as £10 per hour. We welcome bookings from all businesses and communities, and voluntary sector organisations receive a discount on room bookings.

Equipment

You'll also get free use of a laptop and projector. If you need more equipment, it's available for a small cost. Skype is installed on all of the laptops that we have available for groups when they come to NCVS to use our meeting rooms.

To use Skype at NCVS, you simply need to book a meeting room in the normal way and request a laptop.

Use of one laptop is free at NCVS to any group who book a meeting room for two hours or more. Additional laptops can be provided at a cost of £10 each for the duration of your meeting.
