Office Space
NVAC lets space to voluntary organisations for indefinite periods, sometimes for a few months only, for example,
whilst other premises are sorted out.
Spaces vary from 100 square feet upwards.
Most lets are furnished and include access to our telephone system and we can also provide broadband internet
access and ICT support. All tenants benefit from Reception Services and other Centre resources. Confidential
rooms are available if needed, and meeting rooms are provided on the ground floor, with full conference
equipment and facilities.
The whole building is suitable for wheelchair users and has various adaptations for people with disabilities.
There is safe cycle storage and shower facilities.
Cost: £19 - £21 per square foot + VAT per annum
