Virtual Office Background Information

facilities without taking serviced office space.
It's easy, there are no suite or PO Box numbers, which allows you to just apply your company name to our
address. Upon signing up, you are then eligible to apply the address to all your company stationery, website
and other material such as advertising and marketing.
With our virtual office service you can have a recognised City Centre mailing address and because your virtual
office is attached to a the NVAC building, you can access additional meeting and training room facilities
all charged at a competitive rate.

Cost and Payment:
- For the period Jan - Dec 08, NVAC Virtual Office's will cost from £12-30 per calendar month and
are subject to change - successful virtual office holders will be notified of any changes.
- Payments should be made on a monthly basis, in full and in advance.
Application:
- Applicants will be required to complete our standard application form
- Two forms of ID will be required on application. One form needs to be in the form of photo ID (e.g.
drivers licence/passport) The second needs to confirm your address (e.g. bank statement/utility bill)
