Facilities
As well as housing over 18 different organisations, (see tenants).
NVAC also offers Training and Conference Facilities that
can cater for up to 80 people. Equipment at NVAC includes TV, video, DVD, OHP,
flipcharts and Powerpoint. NVAC staff can recommend caterers for you.
The ground floor houses a reception area as well as a Volunteer Centre which offers
information about volunteering and volunteer opportunities.
All three meeting rooms have induction loops. Wheelchair accessible toilets are on each floor, Showers are

Throughout the building, low energy lighting systems are used incorporating category 2 light fittings reducing
harmful computer glare. Nottingham's District Heating Scheme provides an environmentally sustainable solution
to warm the building,
whilst category 5 structured cabling throughout and an ISDN telecom system ensures that the building will
be able to cope with future IT developments.
The organisations based in the building represent a diverse range of voluntary activity. They benefit from
a full range of support services including a staffed reception, daily cleaning and maintenance.
