Information about food banks in Nottingham

At Nottingham CVS we get a lot of requests for information about food banks in Nottingham - and so we have set up this page to share information collated by Hope Nottingham.

The two attached documents - see the bottom of this page - were both up-to-date as of December 2014. They contain information about all the different food banks operating in the city and how to access them - whether you want claim food, or make a donation of food.

We also include a document detailing the advice centres that make up the Advice Nottingham consortium below.

In addition, Nottinghamshire Advice Network (NAN) have been funded by the Big Lottery Fund to create an online directory of food banks across the county.

You can access the directory here.

Also, Advice Derbyshire also have information on their website about food banks across the whole of Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. This information can be found here.

Finally, if you are looking to donate to a food bank you can bring items to the reception of the Nottingham CVS building. Full details available here.

We do attempt to keep this page as up-to-date as possible. Please note though that food banks do sometimes change their opening hours - and so we would always advise you to contact them in advance to check what their current opening hours are.

If you notice any out-of-date or incorrect information in our document, or would like us to add any extra information, contact our Policy and Communications Officer, Roz Kelly via email at
