Our complaints procedure

If you are not happy with our service, please tell us. We want to make it right and improve our services in the future.


You can speak to the member of staff you have been working with (or the Services Manager if you are not sure who to speak to). We will listen to you, and try and sort out any problems straight away. We will also complete a feedback form with you if you are happy to do this.


If, after speaking to us, you are not satisfied, you can make a more formal comment/complaint. Write to the Chief Executive, Nottingham CVS, 7 Mansfield Road, Nottingham NG1 3FB. We will contact you within 7 days to explain how we are going to investigate the matter. You should hear the outcome within the following 14 days. If the investigation is going to take longer we will let you know.


If you are still not satisfied, you can appeal within one month. The Chief Executive (or a Trustee if the Chief Executive has already been involved) will review your complaint and will respond to you within 4 weeks. Their decision is final and there is no further right of appeal.
