British Heart Foundation Help a Heart Grants
The British Heart Foundation wants to hear from groups who have an idea for a project that could make a real difference to people living with a heart condition, or those who are at high risk of heart disease.
Voluntary and community groups can apply for between £300 and £2,000 for projects which improve the quality of life for heart patients or their carers, or promote healthier lifestyles. They have previously funded projects around self help, sport, dance, exercise, and healthy eating. Projects must be patient led, and the more evidence of patient involvement and need there is, the stronger the application will be.
The deadline for applications is Friday 20 April.
