Many smaller voluntary organisations and community groups do not have sufficient resources or expertise to manage their own finances in-house. NCVS helps by offering a number of financial services to these organisations, including:
Payroll Service
This takes all the work out of paying your employees, you do not even have to register with the Inland Revenue. We will do all the necessary calculations and make all the payments to the employees and the Inland Revenue. We can also help you set up a pension scheme or make payments into your current scheme.
Accounting Service
We can provide a full accounting service by either entering your records into a system and drawing up published accounts or by operating your organisation's accounts through our own system.

Budget and Longer Term Financial Plans
NCVS has expertise in preparing annual budgets and the control of expenditure against them. We can also help with the preparation of longer term financial planning and investment appraisal. It is important to have detailed knowledge of employment legislation when preparing future plans. We currently manage budgets and longer term financial plans for a number of organisations and voluntary groups in and around the Nottingham area.
