The Venue
Decide where you want to hold the event. If it is outside remember how unreliable our weather is and ensure
that you have thought about whether a hall is required. Remember to consider the number of people you want
to attend the event and ensure that your accommodation is large enough and that it has access for disabled
people.
Visit the venue to ensure that the facilities you require can be provided. If not you may have to look for
an alternative venue.
