Recognise gaps in your organisation's management or governance systems?
Thinking about delivering public services?
Need support to build your organisations capacity to bid for and win contracts?
If any of these apply to you - then the Change Management Service (CMS) is here to help!
CMS team members work to:
Support voluntary and community organisations in Nottingham to strengthen performance and improve management
systems in order to prepare to bid for and deliver more public services, and to look towards a more sustainable
long-term future.
Provide advice and support around:
funding opportunities & applications;
relevant policies and procedures;
quality standards;
business planning;
training;
mentoring and networking,
information and signposting.
Deliver an I.T. based Health Check programme, developed and adapted by the CMS Team to assess organisation's
needs and support their future development.
Offer in-depth support to the sector around developing financial and marketing
strategies and strategic or business plans, implementing an outcomes focus and
achieving quality standards such as PQASSO/ISO 9001. A member of the CMS has recently
become a CES licensed PQASSO mentor and is available for 1-2-1 support.
Influence and negotiate a level playing field for the voluntary and community sector in commissioning, and
promote the ability of the sector to deliver public services.
