NCVS Goes Green!
Improvements and changes we have made since 2002
Operational:
- Undertook an environmental audit for NCVS and NVAC
- Developed an Environment Policy and Environmental Statement
- Working to achieve BS8 555 Environmental Management System
- Established terms of reference for the Green Group
- Gained commitment from senior management for staff involvement
- 'Green Group' feedback now a standard item on monthly staff & volunteer meetings
