- Organic milk as standard where available
- 'Green Snack Box' with healthy, organic and ethical snacks
- Growing veg and herbs in the Lightwell
- 'Fair Trade' sugar, coffee, tea now standard in meetings & office
- 'Small Steps Big Rewards' fruit is locally sourced
