General Information
Grants and Registrations
- One-off grant-aid: grant-aid is provided for smaller projects on
an annual basis. Organisations can apply for funding anytime throughout the
year.
One Off Grants
- Recurring grant-aid: grant-aid is provided for larger projects on
a three-yearly basis. Allocations for 2006-07, 2007-08 and 2008-09 were agreed
in March 2006. The next round of allocations will not begin until the end
of 2008 for the new three-year programme 2009-10, 2010-11 and 2011-12.

Social Enterprises
The City Council's Social Economy Team provides advice and support to social enterprise and business. The team aids the development and sustainability of social businesses, helping them to grow and support themselves. Networking and the exchange of skills are actively encouraged.
